Ponza

Ponza is the largest of the islands of Pontian. The closest islands are Palmarola and Zannone, reachable by organized excursions and boat.

The island is just over 7 kilometers and is narrow, the minimum point, only about 200 meters. Its crescent shape along the famous beach of Chiaia di Luna, does it also define the island crescent.

A few hundred meters from the center and after passing through two historical tunnels. you reach the village of Santa Maria. This is a beautiful and colorful town.
